The Sony Ericsson launched a new cellphone Sony Ericsson Satio (Idou). It is a very cool looking and stylish resistive touchscreen cellphone with the wide screen of 3.5-inch,can display 16M colors and comes in three colors: black, silver and Bordeaux. Idou supports both networks (2GÂ and 3G) & comes with the feature of accelerometer. The cellphone supports GPRS and EDGE of Class 10.
As far as memory is concern it has 128 MB storage with a 256 MB RAM. The memory can be extended by microSD (TransFlash) up to 32GB with 8GB included. The mobile can be connected by other devices by bluetooth (v2.0 with A2DP) and USB v2.0.There’s also a 12.1-megapixel camera with auto focus, face-detection, geotagging, an image stabilizer and Xenon flash. The picture quality of Idou is great.
The Satio runs on S60 plate form of 5th edition with the processor of ARM Cortex A8 of frequency 600 MHz (PowerVR SGX graphics) which gives it a good processing power. Some other feature of Idou are preloaded Google maps,Organizer and Gesture control.
