Motorola Xoom – Android’s Next SWEET MACRO Version

Sweet like its name Honeycomb and macro like its new Android Software and design.

Motorola previously named as Motorola Honeycomb and now as Motorola XOOM embarks the newest and the latest Android Version 3.0(HoneyComb).  The Android’s 3.0 version is brand new, truly virtual and holographic user interface to refine the user experience with HoneyComb. HoneyComb would prove to be a great advantage for the previous Android’s features which will get better platform to perform more brilliantly and lively. The existing features of Android will outshine together with the HoneyComb: home screen customization with a new 3D experience and redesigned widgets that are richer and more interactive.

Motorola Xoom is a gadget which pleases the eyes with its good design and a face that does not intends any physical buttons on its face. Another year has started with all the big boys of technology coming together for the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES). This event really gives a great launch pad for all the technology giants to showcase there best stuff for the coming year. Apple made the most of it last year with their advertising of the Apple’s iPad last year. Microsoft raved about its Windows 7 and both of them had a very successful year. This time though the eyes were on the Mobile phone space, to be more specific the Smartphone and the tablet market. Microsoft came with Windows Mobile 7; Google had Android Gingerbread, Samsung showed off its latest range of the touch screen revolution and many more. But, the cake and cherry was taken away by the hardworking guys at Motorola who came up with the next-gen Android 3.0 Honeycomb based PC tablet, The Motorola XOOM.
